Florida Lotus is led by Paul Alexander, who brings nearly 25 years of corporate finance experience.  

Prior to founding Florida Lotus, Paul was a senior executive at several large international banks in the US, Canada and Singapore.  Earlier, he was a business development manager of a mining company.

Paul has lead teams responsible for raising and delivering debt, equity financing, consulting and managing assets in the US, Canada and several Asian countries, including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

His expertise includes financial structuring, raising and syndicating debt, placing equity, selling equity stakes, risk quantification, feasibility studies, business cases, tendering (RFQs, RFPs), negotiating project and finance agreements, financial modelling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and return on investment analyses.  

Paul has an active realtor license in the State of Florida, allowing to directly execute real estate transactions.

His education background includes MBA from York University in Canada and an MA in Asian Studies from St. John's University in New York, USA.

Former international banker, now focused on investment management and consulting. He spent 28 years with Citigroup Inc. in senior banking, risk and general management roles in New York and overseas. For almost eight years, Andrey was Citigroup’s Country Officer in Kazakhstan. Prior advisory council experience includes seats at the affiliates of the US Chamber of Commerce and Quality Schools International.
